The issue is not whether you should use a travel agent, but rather WHICH ONE. I've used many but have never used one more than once — until now. There are 3 things you want from a travel agent: accuracy of information, knowledge of the industry, and responsiveness. With Valerie you get all three, consistently. She travels these same destinations and knows what she is talking about. She learns your tastes and will steer you clear of things she knows you won't like.

Pure perfection! Valerie was the first travel agent we've engaged with for a trip and we could not have been more pleased. From the initial land/cruise tour booking to excursion choices to onboard experiences, she was there every step of the way keeping us informed and answering questions. Valerie has the patience of a Saint. She is not only professional, but friendly and compassionate. When a family member in our party had a medical emergency, her immediate response and communication between Princess and the family was not only impressive, but very reassuring to everyone involved.

Planning a wedding is scary. Planning a wedding in a foreign country where you need to get your family and friends to the destination is downright frightening. However, Valerie of Windblown Travel made this one of the easiest and most memorable experiences of our lives. Valerie has planned several trips for me and every time she has gone above and beyond to ensure the trips went as planned, and is always quick to rectify any issues. For this trip she booked us at a fabulous resort outside Panama City. We had an issue with our vendor for the Canal cruise and Valerie was quick to make contact and rectify it. We didn't expect to have such a great time in Panama — now we need to return, and will certainly use Valerie's services again.

From start to finish, our itinerary was planned to make our trip one of the most effortless experiences in our lives. We said multiple times during our vacation how we just loved our travel agent. We will 100% work with Valerie again.

Valerie did a great job setting up our cruise for us with our friends. We had rooms by each other so we could step out the door and meet up. We had a wonderful experience and hope to do it again. Valerie kept us in the loop with email reminders of things we needed to do before the cruise so things went without a hiccup.

I wanted to thank you very much for planning the trip to France. It was amazing and exceeded my expectations. We were very pleased with the accommodations in Paris and Bayeux. Our private tour guides were fantastic. The private and small group tours were the best way to go.
